This follows Cole and Huxley who are step-brothers.Huxley absolutely despised Cole at first, which of course made Cole hate him back. Without giving spoilers away, there was an accident that happened that caused one to care for the other. During that time is when feelings began to progress for each other.

I loved how the author built up to their strong chemistry and not have it be instant. I think that was perfect for these two. Once they began to open up to each other is was soooo sweet and my god, so steamy as well 🥵🤤.

This was technically the prequel to the series and would recommend reading it first as it does give characters to the first two books released in the series but I definitely recommend reading the entire series, you will love it!
